About Mary
Mary Milroy: Dipl. Ac. (NCCAOM), Dipl. C.H. (NCCAOM), C.Ac., L.Ac., Dipl. C.C.P., B.S.I.E., Founded Healing Hands in 1999. Mary is a Licensed Acupuncturist, Chinese Herbologist, Certified Esogetic Colorpuncturist, Light Medicine Practitioner & GDV Electrophotonics Imaging / Kirlian Photographer.
Mary has been in private practice as a wholistic healer for over eighteen years and is certified by the New Jersey State Medical Examiners Acupuncture Examining Board; Nationally Board Certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology; and State Certified as an Acupuncturist in Pennsylvania. She is also internationally certified as an Esogetic Colorpuncturist and Kirlian Photographer, and has been granted her Diplome in Esogetic Colorpuncture by the Mandel Institute. She has over seventeen years experience using flower essences and fifteen years using essential oils within her practice. Mary specializes in the treatment of chronic physical and emotional pain and treats many other conditions previously unresponsive to traditional medicine as well. Mary has a special interest in treating chronic pain syndromes and migraine headaches, as she herself successfully recovered from a debilitating car accident in 1987 using alternative therapies. Her goal is to assist each patient in achieving physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness and harmony in order to allow each person to live life fully, as God intended. Mary’s treatments are unique in that she devotes over an hour exclusively per session for each patient and incorporates all necessary modalities to help to resolve emotional issues as well as physical symptoms.
Mary has studied at the following schools: Tri-State Institute of Traditional Chinese Acupuncture, Stamford CT, 1994 Graduate; Clinical Externship in Advanced Acupuncture Pain Control Techniques with Dr. Phillip Shinnick, New York; Mandel Institute of Esogetic Colorpuncture™, Bruchsal, Germany, 2000 Graduate; Chinese Herbology at Presbyterian Hospital with Cara Frank, Master Herbalist, Philadelphia, PA, 2000 Graduate; Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, The College of New Jersey, 1998 Graduate – specializing in Ergonomics and Work-related Injuries; Ongoing Clinical Acupuncture Externships in Japan and Hawaii.
Currently, Mary is performing independent research in the treatment of Head Trauma patients using Light Medicine. She also offers mentoring in clinical training and study groups in Light Medicine for newly and previously certified practitioners. Mary has a strong vision for increasing the practice of Light Medicine in North America, specifically in the Northeast.
Mary is also studying and practicing Dowsing for geopathic stress and the use of the Slim Spurling Life Tools. She considers Dowsing corrections to be the "Acupuncture for the Earth".
Mary is a distributor for Dr. Korotkov's GDV cameras & software and for Young Living Essential Oils.
